I did do them...twice. Once just before moving and once again just before moving LOL So nope, it didn't help me (wonder why?) Btw, I would lend you my tapes...but I don't have the finanaces to send them to Canada...
Awww.stay away from the meds if you can (I'm with ya on that!) Can you spare 5 minutes several times a day? If you can...use to just close your eyes and breathe. It really does help...or writing a gratitude list (helps me a LOT)!
You should read some of my posts when I was just diagnosed with fibro/migraines back in Oct. and Nov. I was MISERABLE! The truth is...I'm in OA (sexual abuse history...yuck). And it helps a LOT. Plus my hubby is very supportive. I think the only thing that's gotten me through all of this is realizing that I'm not a bad person. The things that happened to me were not my fault. Knowing that I have value makes all the difference in the world. Realizing that has taught me that everyone has value. It's a great way to live...at least I like it Now I look at what I have to LIVE for and not what my past was. I'm living in the now instead of the past. Of course, I'm in the process of some of this. But it's great to be in that process
