Ugh major flu bug       01/29/05 03:38 PM Edit Reply Quote parellichica Reged: 12/29/04 Posts: 24 Hey guys, I've been recently recovering from the flu. I went to the hospital on Thursday and they kept me over night to hydrate me. Do you have any recomendations for safe stomach and IBS food?
