Yep, I've made some sleep hygiene changes, though I had some pretty good habits to begin with before the hormones entered the picture. Since I last posted, I discovered a wonderful relaxation technique that has broken the cycle of insomnia. Now that I have something I know works, I don't get as freaked out if I wake up and can more easily fall back to sleep. Thanks, Kelly Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
