insomnia and perimenopause       01/19/05 01:10 PM Edit Reply Quote marytodd1 Reged: 07/03/03 Posts: 14 Loc: Kansas I'm 40 and, given my symptoms of irregular periods, hot flashes and now persistant insomnia, it would appear my body is putting my eggs in the quick sale bin. Does anybody have anything herbal (preferably) or nonherbal that I could take to get a good night's sleep that won't affect my IBS. I've taken valarian root, but I woke up in the middle of the night again anyway, relaxed but very awake. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
