OK, went to the health store, found and bought the Jarrodophilus EPS from a refrigerated section from a lady who knew a LOT about digestive health, my question: how long does it take to get results? And, since I'm new to this, does time of day matter? Can I take it with my Acacia and Cacium? I'm a C and just want to poop! Seems there are as many opinions as brands...anyone? Thanks!
