I'll have to start to think of some better menu planning and start cooking and freezing instead of taking my usual turkey sandwich everyday for lunch. Perhaps cook and freeze some GF pasta and veggie dishes or make some soups. I looked for some canned rutabagas SP?, canned celery and canned broccoli but couldn't find them anywhere! Where do you get yours? Also, do you eat white rice or brown? I think I might start trying brown to see if I can get better BM results!
