Hi guys,
I wanted to post this after reading the thread from those of you who can't stand tea. I got used to drinking tea when I lived in China, but I agree with the grass and gravel sentiment - it CAN taste like grass and gravel!!! I still can't stand green tea. However, I found a brand recently that I really think is the best tea I've found in this country of tea in tea bags (never as good as loose tea of real leaves). If you ever go to Barnes and Nobles Book stores they have started selling tea from Harney and Sons. It is a bit expensive since it comes in tins and the tea bags are silk, but it is SO good! I really like the red bush with orange flavor and it is completely decaf. I havn't heard anything about the medicinal value of red-bush, but it's herbal, so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone. They have a chamomile flavor called yellow and blue and I tried some last night - while it still had the grass aftertaste of chamomile tea, it wasn't as bitter as some of them are, and I did like it better than I usually do with chamomile.
So, I don't really expect any converts here, cause I know that there are just somethings some people just won't like to drink But I thought it may be a good suggestion for anyone looking for good tea out there!
Good luck!
Min

PS - it costs $7 for 20 tea bags
