My doctor recommended a book to me called "Friendly Food" and it said some of the same things, that a lot of people react to the toxins in food. Some are natural, most are not. And I totally get the can't afford it thing. With 3 kids and a minimum income I'm lucky if I can afford the basics let alone paying double to get organic!
