Re: Smart Balance Cheese ?Omega 3?       01/03/05 12:02 PM Edit Reply Quote mindyj Reged: 05/14/04 Posts: 494 Loc: Northern Virginia I use smart balance butter - it has Omega 3 oils in it which have been scientifically demonstrated to have positive effects for some people with digestive disorders (others it doesn't help so much, but certainly won't hurt anyone).
