I hope you get to a doc soon. Good attitude about dealing with it now! Your'e more grown up than me, and I'm twice your age! As far as being a chef, my friends son has chrones and he still went back to school to be a chef. And look at Heather, she has her own cooking show! You could specialize in IBS cooking! We need chefs like that! I wonder if they have cooking schools that specialize in special diet cooking. The regular schools you would probably have to cook and sample or that unhealthy fried and buttered stuff that restaurants like to sell because it makes the food taste good, and thus, more customers.
