I'm severely C right now, with no meds whatsoever. None. Nor can I go out and buy any!
I can't take a bath, I don't have a hotwater bottle or a heating pad, but I NEED to get all this out of me in a few hours!
I haven't see my boyfriend for two and a half weeks, and I was supposed to see him yesterday, and last thursday, and so many more days, but I keep cancelling because of this IBS! So, I HAVE to see him today! And since I'll probably be spending more than a few hours with him, I need to get better, fast!
Does anybody have any home remedies that can make me go, without meds or heat?
I think this is hopeless!
