I too have had times where too many things are going on physically and it can be very depressing. Most important, do anything that makes you relax b/c if not, you will just cause a viscious cycle. Eat a lot of hot, plain rice and tea if it has been tolerated in the past. Slowly build yourself back to normal and see your doc in the meantime just to make sure you have an accurate diagnosis.
