I posted this in another thread, and Heather thoughtfully replied with "Check this thread out Angel!". I thought I'd post this in another thread. I bought the package that was pink that comes with 36 soft gels ($7.79 at my grocery store). The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules per 24 hours. I took one softgel about six hours ago, and my pain is currently gone. I also had a meal in that time with fairly easy digestion.
