I spoke with Heather on the phone and she told me that acacia is different than benefiber which contains the guar gum. She said just because I couldn't do Benefiber didn't mean I woudn't be able to do acacia as they are two different gums. Have you tried both of these products or only the benefiber? Perhaps the acacia would work for you, but it is another type of gum. That's what makes me hesitant to try it.
