I am in the process of being certified as a Fitness Instructor, so I teach and participate in fitness classes at a gym at my work. We do a variety of aerobics, weights, pilates, & yoga. I have the Pilates for Dummies DVD as well and really like it. I also have alot of tapes of Kathy Smith - she is a great instructor, fun but not too perky! Here's a link to a great website that sells Fitness tapes, they include ratings from customers Collage Video I've ordered from them and am in Canada, so I'm sure ordering from the States would be even easier. I enjoy walking too, but I try to find someone in my neighbourhood who wants to walk with me. Also, setting goals for yourself when you walk is good, i.e. - "Today I'll walk to the ....(insert store, library, etc.) and back". Enjoy Leah
