Well, any sort of margariney thing will have a high fat content - which is where the trigger lies!

Instead of marge sometimes I like to use hummus, jam or low-fat mayo to moisten up my bread, depending on whether I'm eating sweet or savoury, of course! Other people like soy cream cheese (I haven't seen that here though).
Other times I just use a sidgeon of olive oil margarine and I'm fine with it.
