And does it contain FOS as an ingredient? PB8 has been recommended before but I don't know which type is better- the one with FOS or the ones without. I think they make 3 kind, 2 in blue bottle and one in green. Also, do you take it with meals or before meals. I take mine an 30 to 60 minutes before a meal, but don't know if that is best.
