It costs a fortune so I have to wait a while til I get it. I've been taking 2tbsp. twice daily when I go several days without it and then take it again do I have to take 1 1/2 tsp. twice daily for 7 days then start taking 2 tbsp. twice daily or can I just continue taking 2 tbsp. twice daily?
