I've been following the diet faithfully, but I have to admit that I stopped taking my SFS about the time I started taking Lexapro. For about a month, I was virtually symptom-free and I was absolutely thrilled - the SFS is an expense I really don't need right now. But then I started alternating between D and C again. No thanks!! I know the SFS made a huge difference in regulating things. So now it's been so long that I'm having to start all over again. If I ever stop taking the SFS again, track me down and smack some sense into me, ok, guys? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
