Confused about this when to take SFS       12/10/04 07:21 AM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois I thought I had to take an SFS with a meal both to buffer the tummy and to alleviate gas from the SFS. To be honest, drinking the SFS before meals fills me up so I'm not hungry or actually fee "stuffed" during and after the meal. But as I said, I thought taking the SFS before meals was the recomendation to help alleviate gas from the SFS. Am I wrong?
