And herbal tea after a meal is great for my tummy! Just avoid large drinks or drinking fast during a meal (not good any time) and if you don't need a drink during a meal, give your tummy a clear field and dont have one! Augie - you don't have to take a SFS before and after every meal. If you're eating safe food safely then it shouldn't be NECCESSARY (doesn't mean it's not good). It's usually recommended for when you're eating a possibly dodgy meal, eg. at a restaurant. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
