Most cereals over here are fine as we don't have so much HFCS. Obviously something like bran flakes or muesli is VERY high in IF (INsoluble fibre) so don't get those. ReadyBrek is high in SF (soluble fibre) and low in IF. Porridge has more IF but alot of people, especially Cer's do well on it. I'm just a tad sensitive to it.

Check the actual ingredients of your ginger snap biscuits. Alot of them are high in fat so you need to find a low fat brand.
