And then when I am done eating I may have a cup of peppermint tea. But if I drink during a meal I usually feel too full too fast and also bloated. Also, my grandma used to always say that it is not good to drink during a meal because it does dilute your digestive enzymes, she is a nurse, but that doesn't necessarily mean she knows everything. But throughout the day, I drink a lot of water, and don't necessarily stop drinking water any certain amount of time before eating. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
