I have been recently diagnoses with IBS and I have been researching the IBS diet. I am very active and require a more protien in my diet. However I am not a fish eater and most of the meats that I currently eat are now off my diet. I also have to follow a gluten free diet so that also limits other protien ideas. Also I am worried about no dairy in my diet and calcium loss. I do take a calcuim supplement about 350 mg per day but that is not near enough. What do you put on salads if you can't use dressing and what about veggies if you can't use butter or cheese. HELP!
