I am usually pretty smart about the IBS diet and don't ever really have any questions......however, graham crackers confuse me.....they are on the "safe" snack list, and I eat them sometimes with no trouble. However, I was reading the box today and they flaunt themselves as a whole grain made from whole wheat, I even looked it up on the internet. If I eat whole wheat bread I feel awful, but graham crackers feel alright, so far. Are they just so processed that the whole grain doesn't matter, because if you look at one really hard you can see little insolubles in them?

does anyone know (or care) about graham crackers, are they not really safe for everyone?

thanks
