Yea sinead I think Im fine eating that sort of bread too...Im assuming your talking about the packaged pre wrapped breads like Hovis etc?? Is that was sliced pan means?? I actually never buy them breads only cos of what heather says about all the artificial rubbish in it...I just buy a white sliced fresh baked daily loaf at the back of the supermarket with all the baguettes...seen as bread is my best staple and the only thing I can eat on bad days...Id rather it was the best bread there is and that Im not filling my body with rubbish.
