so should glucose and sucrose. Fructose is the sugar to watch out for. Also, Cailin, there are a lot of preservatives and chemicals in your bread, and that may be causing the problems.

In general, see if you can find breads that are made with just white flour, water, yeast and salt. Toasted or not is just fine!
