It is good to know I don't have to mention HFCS. I think dextrose, glucose, sucrose and plain fructose are ok. But i think sucrose is supposed to be the easiest to digest. Could be wrong though. But wouldn't HFCS be fructose based for its sugar? HMMM? -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
