Thanks guys, this has been a lot of help. When I went shopping the other day I was wondering what on earth I was going to eat. Pretty much everything that didn't contain dairy products or whole wheat had glucose and fructose so I started worrying. I will introduce the soy slowly as said. I don't mind fresh soy milk (long life is pretty revolting) and it comes in some yummy flavours like chocolate, strawberry and a berry mix. I have to admit I've cheated a little on the diet (I had some lettuce last night with my dinner) so I should probably get in gear and do it properly. Even so I am feeling okay today for the first time in months. Anyway, thank you all for your help
