Rice for IBS-C       11/20/04 08:18 AM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois It seems like all this white rice is bad for constipation. But I've heard that brown rice is bad for IBS. So, I'm confused. Can someone help with all this white food question. I know it's been talked about in the past but do most of you IBS-C people eat white or brown rice? Are other rices okay to try: Japinico, or Forbidden Rice by Lotus. What rice do most IBS-C people choose? I just seem to be getting more and more constipated on this white rice and white rice noodles, and white bread (GF). Any thoughts?
