Do you think I need to mention no HFCS bread for the B&Bs I am going to in the UK in spring? or do you think it probably won't be in there? Anyway about HFCS. It says it written out in long form on products that have it. If it says fructose or corn syrup we can have it. So my eye is trained to spot that 'high fructose corn syrup' on labels now and I think I can do it pretty good and fast! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas.
