Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | For those who know the diet well......

Hi everyone! Sorry I keep asking mundane questions but I'm really trying to get the hang of the diet(I started it today after hunting all over Canberra to try and find what I needed). Okay, here goes:
# Is HFCS labelled as corn syrup or is it labelled as something else? I've noticed lot's of things have glucose and fructose so I was wondering if these aren't HFCS are these okay?

# I've discovered I loathe rice milk (especially in hot cocoa, blech!!!! plus there's only one brand here and it's pretty revolting) and I think I have a soy intolerance (but am trying it out slowly just to be sure) so I was wondering if goats milk is okay or if it's as bad as cow's milk?
#Which brings me to this one....when you say introduce soy slowly how slowly is that? Eg 1/2 cup once a day for a week then 1 cup once a day for a week? I'm hopeless I know

# And last but not least what is chex cereal made from? They don't sell it in Aus. and I'm looking for a substitute.
