Txs for rapid reply. I thought that asparagus was a cruciferous. Anyone know for sure? Unfortunately I cannot eat it at all except in soups as it causes severe pain, gas and bloating for me [I have severe, 30+ years of IBS-C] that lasts for 2 days. That's why I was worried about trying the brussels.
