Antibiotics tend to be bad for IBS - talk to your doc about this asap.

Taking a probiotic is a great idea, but I think you'll have to take it at the other end of the end to the antibiotics. And using Acacia might help as well as it's a prebiotic (which I think means it makes things nice for the probiotics!).
