Are antibiotics the cause of the bloating???!!!       11/16/04 02:40 PM Edit Reply Quote Amy Reilly Reged: 11/16/04 Posts: 1 I have acne (started when I turned 30 - nice welcome, huh?)and have been taking antibiotics on and off for about 3 years. Interestingly, my IBS-C seems to be on and off as well. I have used the diet guidelines on this site which have helped noticably (thank you, by the way), but I am in a very bad place right now with bloating and constipation. I started up again on antibiotics for my face about 4 weeks ago. Does anyone know if there a correlation? I don't know what I'll do if the antibiotics are the culprit.
