Good luck to you and yes you do need to get back on the wagon. Just think of how you felt before and that you want to feel that way again. I would highly recommend seeing a counslor. I do and it has helped alot. To be able to talk to someone who is there just to listen to you helps alot. So go for it.

I wish you luck and you will do it. I am in the same boat and need to start doing a lot better. Not that I am that bad but need to be a little better.
