I'm IBS C. I have been on many ad,s. I liked Lexapro the best but switched to zoloft recently because its supposed to be the safest one to take while pregnant. I guess I can't say I find it helps with the C much but it helps me overall feel better and helps me not to get so worked up about things which in turn keeps my tummy happier! So, overall, I would say, yes it helps with my IBS but not necessarily the C part of it! But, thats what I take miralax for!
