Are you Vegitarian or Vegan?

Add protein powder to soups, cereals and shakes....I think there is a rice one?

Beans...all kinds... you can make soups, veg chili etc.

Fine chopped nuts (just a few)...you could also add those to a smoothie or throw them into some of Heather's breads in her EFI book.

If you can do seafood in your diet salmon is great.
