I've been having issues with low blood sugar lately, and from reading back posts, the best thing I can tell that I can do is to eat every 2-3 hours and to try to have protein with meals/snacks. The problem is I'm a vegetarian, and I can't have soy, so I'm kinda lost as to what else to eat. I have one PB&J a day, but if I eat more peanut butter than that, I have problems. Anyone have any ideas? The only thing I can think of is egg whites, but I don't eat at home, I have to take meals to campus with me, so I can't really do those on a regular basis. thanks
