Anti-depressents-- Do they only help IBS-d?

I've been reading a lot of the ongoing discussion about anti-depressents on this board. It seems like everyone that's taking them has either IBS-D or IBS-A because I keep reading comments about not having D so much.

Do anti-depressents help IBS-C? I've never thought of that before. Took Lexapro for a couple months for post-partum depression, but I didn't notice any IBS changes. Of course, I was taking Miralax at that time.
