Hi Heather,

I think what you are going through is normal for all of us at one time or the other. I would suggest not having things around the house that you are not supposed to eat. It is too hard to resist when it is right there in front of you. Monday when you go back on your safe diet stack up on stuff that you can eat and have it accessible.

I have gotten to the point that if I know something will bother me I am really not that tempted cause I always think of how bad I will feel if I do eat it.

My theory is that every day my tummy feels good is a great day and I don't want to mess up my great days.
