Good luck getting back onto the wagon. It has got to be hard for you when you have a family to cook for and not just you and I bet it's hard to try and accomodate for both kinds of diets. The best thing I could recommend would be to cook foods that are safe for you yet likeable by your family and try not to fill the house with stuff that would tempt you too much. When people know you have IBS they think you have to eat boring food, but Heather's diet proved that untrue. You can definitely do this and it's good that you are motivated!! Best of luck and we're all here to give you a supportive hand back onto the wagon!
