I am going back on the wagon!!       11/14/04 06:37 AM Edit Reply Quote heather7476 Reged: 08/09/04 Posts: 2996 Loc: South East Michigan Well I have been pretty much eating whatever I want the past two weeks!!! Exept red meat!! I am so much pain the past two days that I can't stand it!!! The morning and before bed are the worst!!! I have decided that starting Monday it is back to my Safe foods!!! Why do I do this!! It makes no sense!! I know I am going to pay if I eat to much bad food but yet I keep doing this to myself!! How do I make myself stick to the diet for good!! I know I have to!!! I know most of my triggers and what I can and can't handle so why do I put myself through this!! I think I am going to call my doc for a refrell to a counseler!!!
