I pumped during that time and then about a week after, so not long at all. I had a c-section, I don't know if that has anything to do with the symptoms coming back but they started coming back around a month or so after I had him, I guess right around the time I got my first period, so I'm thinking it's all hormone related! Have you found the IBS is worse during your period? Oh, and the stomach cramps are probably your uterus shrinking, I had that. But I hope the symptoms stay away for good for you!
