I should have posted better, sorry. Delayed Stomach Emptying is where I cannot eat many foods at all. My basic diet is turkey, chicken, some fish, green beans (canned), and soy products. That is it. I have looked into the delayed emptying.. I am seeing that more ppl that have had a bad case of MONO or/ and relapses of MOno end up with delayed emptying (and or IBS). I had a bad case of Mono in 1993.. relapse in 2001, 2002 of mono. My point .. Mono kills the nerve to the stomach. THus my diet is what it is.
