Heather, I went to my Gastro Doc today. He asked how things were going. I told him I had made a lot of changes and had seen some real improvement. I brought my copy of your book with me and showed him your "Ten Commandments of Eating for IBS". He also read several other sections I had marked. Needless to say, he was very impressed. HE ACTUALLY MADE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE COVER! He said he was going to reccommend it to his patients! (Honestly, I think he will be purchasing a copy for himself.) Heather, your advice is so valuable because you know what works firsthand, through experience. Doctors just don't have that insight. Fortunately my, Doc was willing to listen to me; many doctors just dismiss you. Again, a huge THANK YOU for your contribution to all of us IBSers. artist
