Sorry you are having a rough time. I am one of those that can't tolerate SFS and there are a few others on the boards, too. I would suggest taking it in very small doses at first. Stay on the safe foods diet for awhile, too, and see if that helps. Keep a food diary so you will know what foods are bothering you. Everyone is a little different in their trigger foods. A lot of times we learn a lot just by trial and error. I know it sounds hard but the effort is worth it.
