I started taking Probotics Acidophilus and I haven't gotten them since. The Probotic Acidophilus, gets rid of the bad bateria in your good and keeps the good flurishing. Acacica has the same effect on your gut, I believe. Acidophilus can help with a lot of things, even stomach problems. You can search it on the web.
