I get canker sores, too....       11/05/04 06:50 AM Edit Reply Quote bellshel32 Reged: 10/28/04 Posts: 371 Loc: Kansas, USA I've had IBS-C all my life & have gotten canker sores as long as I can remember. I don't know if there's a correlation. Never thought of that. I actually haven't had as many lately, but got one shortly after starting to drink lots of peppermint tea. I think that diet can cause canker sores. Do you get migraines, too? I've read somewhere that a lot of IBS sufferers also get migraines. I started getting them when I was about 12 years old. Hope you get to feeling better! A lot of women on this site swear by Heather's diet. I just started it a week ago, and already the bloating and horrible gas has stopped.
