Of course I am not getting sick of your questions!! ask away! Israel is a developed country...they do treat most of the water but it is not drinkable because it DOES contain bacteria that cause horrible upset tummy's (been there toooo many times) and also lots of chemicals that give cancer etc (I researched that personally). So it is absolutely FINE to cook in...don't worry!! And don't live on bread and water - you can find lots of familiar foods there!! All the supermarkets have a good selection of teas - chamomile, peppermint (known as menta there) etc. be careful of the wizzotzky brand...they add black tea to a lot of their teas, but you can get lots of lipton. If you go to a health food shop you can get EVERYTHING!!!Israel has an amazing cafe culture going on and all the cafes serve amazing teas...so don't worry. You are going to have such a fab time!!! If you are desperate for a health food shop, when you are in Tel Aviv, go to Kikar Rabin (Rabin Square) and just off there is an incredible health food shop called 'Nitzat Haduvdevan' its fantastic!!!
